Our Mission

At OCCE 15, we are wholeheartedly committed to fostering a deep understanding of democratic values and cultivating a sense of civic responsibility among students through the innovative creation and operation of school cooperatives. We firmly believe that by establishing these cooperatives, we can provide young learners with invaluable opportunities to engage with their peers in meaningful ways, thereby empowering them to become active and responsible citizens within their communities. Our overarching goal is to instill in students a strong sense of cooperation, responsibility, and the importance of collaboration, which will ultimately lead to rich and shared learning experiences. Through this initiative, we aim to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of civic life, encouraging them to take an active role in shaping the world around them.
Our Focus

Why School Cooperatives Matter

School cooperatives are vital for fostering civic engagement and practical skills. They empower students to participate in democratic processes, manage resources collectively, and develop a sense of shared responsibility. Through these cooperatives, students learn valuable lessons in teamwork, leadership, and economic cooperation, preparing them to be active and engaged citizens.
